POPI Compliance
JFM Logistics is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its clients, staff, and partners in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013) and the Regulations relating to the protection of personal information, 2018.
Processing of personal information
We process personal information lawfully and in a reasonable manner that does not infringe on the privacy of the data subject. Personal information is collected for a specific, explicitly defined and lawful purpose related to a function or activity of JFM Logistics, and is only used for that purpose.
Direct marketing consent
In terms of section 69(2) of the Act, JFM Logistics will only process personal information for the purpose of direct marketing by means of electronic communication where the data subject has given their consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive direct marketing at any time by contacting us.
Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
